AYS Media, originally a computer hardware sales and services company known as Nabsoft Computers, was founded in 1996 by Greg Chetcuti out of the small town of Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. Greg's constant thirst for knowledge in all areas of computers quickly led him to British Columbia and into the world of Internet Marketing, where he spent more than 5 years working alongside some of the most respected Internet Marketers in the industry. Some of these marketers include the late [Corey Rudl](http://remembercorey.com), founder of the Internet Marketing Center, Corey's right-hand man and an exceptional online marketer and public speaker in his own right, [Derek Gehl](https://derekgehl.com/), and world-class web designer and marketing expert [Boris Chow](http://borischow.com/), one of the founders of [80 Elements](http://80elements.com).

While working at the Internet Marketing Center Greg started to notice a common thread emerging in regards to which tasks he was most passionate about. Whether it was creating processes and procedures to help the Email Marketing team do their job more efficiently and with less mistakes, writing Perl scripts to save countless hours of time processing data, or coding MySQL queries to turn what used to be a complicated task into a press of a button, one thing was clear, Greg was crazy about automation. After all, why would you want to spend your time doing long, monotonous tasks that could easily be done in a matter of seconds with the right tools, allowing you to focus on more important issues?

With Greg's varied computer background, working in such areas as Internet Marketing, Email Reputation Management, Programming, and Networking to name a few, combined with the realization that automation was where he wanted to be, it was only a matter of time before AYS Media was born.
